The Hydro-Guard® HG-5 Vertical Discharge Unit

The Hydro-Guard® HG-5 Vertical Unit features a directed discharge with an above-ground valve. The HG-5 is equipped with your choice of pressure vaccum breaker for backflow prevention, RP2,or an air gap. The HG-5 is enclosed within a 14 inch x 20 inch x 36 inch (above-ground) lockable box with the base buried approximately 16 inches below grade.

Designed for moderate-freezing climates, the HG-5 is available with a Thermal Control Valve for year-round operation.
